With over 25 years’ of executive and board-level experience, Rebecca is a strategically focused CEO with a proven track record in driving business growth. For two consecutive years the SIA has acknowledged her bold leadership and contribution to the sector as an honouree on the Staffing 100 Europe and the Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list.

Mick Whitley

Chief Commercial Officer

Mick is a recognised international healthcare workforce expert with over 30 years’ experience in the health sector. He began his career in clinical nursing roles in both Australia and the UK before moving into workforce solutions and progressing into executive leadership positions for some of the world’s top healthcare staffing businesses.

Helen Kelly

Managing Director Of Workforce Solutions

Helen brings over 20 years of Director-level healthcare experience to our board. Since joining MGG in 2012 she has driven strong growth across our workforce solutions division, steering the development of a broad infrastructure of managed services teams, working in hospitals throughout the UK to transform staffing services and deliver cost savings.

With decades of strategic healthcare staffing sector experience, Claire leads operational teams across six office locations in the UK and Ireland and has reshaped our specialist temporary staffing brands, building in the resilience and high performing teams needed to navigate a constantly changing market sector.

With over 18 years of experience across global healthcare recruitment sectors, Jamie provides strategic leadership for MGG’s market-leading brands across the APAC region, encompassing Global Medics, the largest medical recruiter in the region, and Medacs Healthcare, APSCo’s “Best performing recruitment company 2022”.

Rachel Peacock

Finance Director UK & Ireland

Rachel is an ICAEW-qualified Chartered Accountant with a robust Health and Social Care sector background, exceptional leadership skills, and experience with one of the ‘Big Four’ audit firms. Since joining MGG in 2024, she has made significant strides in enhancing financial performance and optimising operational efficiencies.

Established in 1990, Medacs Healthcare is a leading international supplier of temporary and permanent health workers, and a trusted provider of managed healthcare staffing services to the NHS.

Medacs also manages the direct delivery of health and care services to patients and service users. Our clinical insourcing teams support healthcare providers to deliver more care and reduce patient waits, enabling and managing a varied range of assessment, diagnosis and treatment services, including delivering  surgical procedures in hospitals, 7 days a week.

In addition, our remote and office-based teams manage the delivery of high volumes of health assessments for public sector bodies and private sector employers.
